AC Schnitzer ACS3 3.5d Coupe is the world fastest road-legal diesel car. Built by the renowned BMW tuner from Aachen - AC Schnitzer, the ACS3 3.5d Coupe broke the world record from 2006 by reaching the astonishing 288.7 km/h at the legendary high-speed circuit in Nardo, southern Italy.

BMW started production of the first 5 series - E12 back in 1972. Since then BMW release four more models of the 5 series. The second was E28, which was introduced 1982. In 1988 came out the revolutionary E34, which is still driven all over the world. The fourth generation of 5 series is E39, which was released in 1996. The last model, which is still in production is E60 - one of the best-selling premium cars in the world. Now BMW unveiled the newest 5 series - F10.

At the German occasion Essen Motor Show 2009, the Association of German Car Tuners (VDAT) in co-operation with BMW AG and AC Schnitzer will debut its fifth concept car for the "TUNE IT! SAFE!“ initiative, which is also supported by the Police and the Federal Ministry for Transport, Building and Road Development.

The recently announced BMW ActiveHybrid X6 is arriving in the US dealerships right on the heels of its North American debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The striking sports active coupe boasts the new BMW two-model hybrid technology and it will be available beginning December 5, 2009 with a base MSRP of $89,725, including Destination and Handling.
